The staff were superfriendly and the breakfast was hot with meat, fresh bananas and sausage. I had a family room included with a large comfortable bed, a refrigerator, as example. The location was quiet and magnificent for me, near many public beaches.

Thoroughly enjoyed how nice little and incredibly friendly the property was. Comfortable location, the staff were very amiable! It was nestled close to a motorway.

They only served powdered cream for the coffee. First time ever I stayed at a motel that did not offer half & half either in individual packets or in a pitcher. Disappointment when I needed a good cup of coffee. Ended up with a coffee headache.

It was a hot and humid day, but no AC was on in the lobby or halls. It was very uncomfortable and not expected from a hotel charging this much for a night.

Waking us up at 11:00 pm with a failing fire alarm traumatizing our adhd child. What's worse, we had to get up, get dressed and get a battery. No staff to handle this. Hotel too close to road, just noisy area. Very dissapointing for a Best Western. Had no time to dispute bill because I was there to run a marathon. We needed rest!
